Summer on Bainbridge Island has a distinct rhythm. The saltwater breeze moves up from the harbor, the historic downtown storefronts hum with activity, and for three spectacular Sundays, the open lawn at Winslow Green transforms into a living, breathing gallery.
The Blended Oasis is incredibly proud to be a participating maker at Art on the Green for three upcoming dates this season. But if we’re being completely honest, our favorite part of these open-air markets isn’t setting up our own booth—it’s getting to be a fan of the immense creative talent surrounding us.

Why Art on the Green is a Different Kind of Tradition
Presented by Bainbridge Island Art, this free, family-friendly outdoor festival brings together a curated collection of painters, jewelers, ceramicists, fiber artists, and woodworkers from across Kitsap County and beyond.
There is an intentional focus on connection here. It’s a space where the barrier between the studio and the community completely disappears. You aren't just looking at finished items sitting coldly on a store shelf; you are talking directly with the people who designed them, hearing the acoustic music drifting from the gazebo, and experiencing a collective celebration of local craftsmanship.

The Spark of Open-Air Collaboration
At The Blended Oasis, our passion lies in precision laser-engraving and flowing epoxy resin art. We create a wide array of functional items—from bamboo charcuterie serving boards to intricate 12-inch layered wood wall art pieces featuring Pacific Northwest mountains, marine life, and landscapes.
But a market like Art on the Green reminds us that the best pieces we make are the ones that start as a conversation right at our booth.
When you wander through an outdoor fair, inspiration strikes unexpectedly. You might see a stunning color scheme at a ceramic booth, look over at a beautiful textile pattern, and think: How can I integrate that feeling into my own home?
That is the secret power of a local art market: Bespoke Collaboration. If you have a unique vision—whether it's a specialized custom sign, an anniversary piece commemorating a favorite local trail, or a serving board tailored to a very specific interior palette—let’s talk about it. We love co-creating future family heirlooms with our neighbors, and a relaxed Sunday on the grass is the perfect place to map out your custom dream.
Make it a Perfect Sunday Out
If you are taking the ferry over or driving down from Poulsbo or Silverdale, make a full day of it. Grab a coffee or a local bite to eat at the wonderful businesses wrapping around Winslow Green, enjoy the live musical performances at the gazebo, and explore the rows of original work.
When you choose to support a local artist at Art on the Green, you are taking home more than just an item; you are keeping our region’s rich creative community thriving.
We can’t wait to connect, share stories, and celebrate our fellow makers with you this summer!
