At The Blended Oasis, your satisfaction is our priority. Thank you for supporting our small business and our family! Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in wood grain and natural characteristics are part of the unique charm of each piece. We kindly ask that you celebrate these handmade variations rather than returning an item solely because of natural wood patterns.
Should you need to make a return, please review our streamlined guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframes
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with your proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged from transit or has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will provide a prepaid return label (or resolve the issue without requiring a return).

Standard Online Returns (Changed Mind): For non-custom catalog items purchased online, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Print-on-Demand Products: For apparel or items fulfilled via Printify, returns are accepted within 30 days. If the item is defective or misprinted, notify us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement. For standard "changed mind" returns on these items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

In-Person Event Sales: All items purchased in person at local markets, pop-ups, or community events.

Custom or Personalized Products: Items made specifically for you via our private invoice commission process.

Items Damaged by Improper Care: We cannot accept returns for wood products warped, split, or cracked due to improper drying, dishwashers, soaking, or exposure to extreme heat.

3. How to Start a Return

Email Us: Reach out to theblendedoasis@gmail.com within your eligible timeframe. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged.

Review & Ship: We will review your request and send either a prepaid label (for defects) or return mailing instructions.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. (Note: It may take your bank an additional 10 days to post the funds).
