Custom Indoor & Outdoor Signs:  1–5 weeks depending on size, design complexity, and material selections; large-scale custom layouts, multi-layered designs, or specialized weather-resistant finishes require dedicated workshop time to ensure long-lasting durability.

Laser-Engraved Serving Boards & Keepsakes:  1–4 business days from the moment your custom design mock-up is finalized; complex layout adjustments or volume bulk scheduling may extend production timelines.

Hand-Poured Epoxy Resin Inlay Boards:  1–2 weeks (5–10 business days); each custom centerpiece involves an intricate, multi-step artisan pouring process that requires dedicated curing time to ensure a flawless, permanent finish. (Note: We always strive for studio efficiency and often have pieces ready to ship sooner than the 2-week mark!)

Our production flow is intentionally flexible, allowing us to balance high-quality woodworking with daily life and parenting responsibilities. Because of these natural variables, your order can often be completed much quicker than the maximum timelines stated above. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we pour dedicated care into every single piece.

The Personalization Process:  Please note that fully customized and laser-engraved products inherently require extra time for design consultation, layout mock-ups, and final client approval. If you are ordering a meaningful milestone gift, a wedding keepsake, or a client closing gift, we highly encourage planning ahead and ordering early to ensure a stress-free delivery.
